About Andre

Work With An Advisor
Who Has Led The Work.

I’m an executive transformation advisor and interim transformation executive with experience across independent consulting, corporate leadership, and public institutions.

My work spans enterprise program management, mergers and acquisition integration, operating-model change, and ERP modernization. I bring organizational ownership to programs that need alignment across Finance, HR, Operations, technology, and implementation partners.

Earlier roles include Director of the Corporate Systems PMO and Director of the Data Privacy Center of Excellence at NCR, and service as a United States Air Force Captain. That military foundation shaped my approach to technical leadership, operational readiness, and executive accountability.
